How do I proceed with the order? Select from the Bases page the fabric you want to customise, check the maximum print base size (max. 150cm, varies depending on the raw material) and click on the ‘Create your own fabric‘ button. You can now choose to upload your file in tiff format. jpg or .png (pay attention to the required specifications, for details see here) or choose from more than 700 graphics in our catalogue. Please check your images carefully before uploading them online, as well as carefully inspect the screenshot preview before proceeding to payment, also using the zoom tool, which is activated by simply clicking on the image. Once you have uploaded the image, the system will show the fabric you have chosen in the dropdown but you can always decide to change it. Clicking on the fabric name drop-down lists all printable fabrics (with price information and maximum print size in cm). Automatically, the cost of printing one metre will be displayed in euros (price including printing service and VAT); to increase the quantity, the required running metres must be changed. You can evaluate the size information of the uploaded file on this page and decide to change it, using the + or – buttons, or change the centimetre value. Care must be taken not to lower the resolution of the image too much, otherwise you risk grainy images in print. If the file is below 150dpi, the resolution value will no longer be green, but red. If you decide to proceed with the printing anyway, a confirmation click is requested at the question: “Do you want to continue anyway?” You have four buttons to decide how to set the graphics: centred, repeated and apply any vertical or horizontal offset, indicated as x or y jump. Orders will be processed and printed exactly as per the preview confirmed online, the design will not be changed by us. If you are satisfied with what you see in the preview, you can proceed with your order by clicking on the add to cart button. You may also consider saving the file in your account library. Unsaved projects may be deleted from our site periodically and permanently lost. Warning: The system uses algorithms that assess image quality in mathematical terms, but are not able to detect every potential condition of the image used. For this reason, we recommend that you personally check the uploaded image with graphics programmes and then use the zoom on the image to ensure that the image quality is adequate. We cannot under any circumstances be held liable for printing of unsatisfactory quality in the case of images that have been artificially resampled or have not been rechecked before being uploaded online. To add more graphics to be printed, repeat the operation or click on the cart icon (top right). Inside the shopping cart you will find the list of the fabrics you have chosen with the possibility of viewing the design preview, the details of the metres purchased and the total price. By clicking on ‘Complete Order‘ if you have not yet done so, you will be asked to register. In this way, when you make a purchase, you will not have to type in your address each time: we will offer you the one you entered when you registered. The page will show you a message indicating whether the purchase has been successfully completed and you will receive an order confirmation email.
