All orders awaiting payment, being processed or already paid for can be found in the account, ‘orders’ section. Click on the buttons to pay, to see the details of the selected order or to cancel it (before having paid).

If it is an order that has already been paid for, you can select the ‘return’ button to activate the return procedure for defect or non-conformity of the fabric.

Orders in ‘graphic control’ status are also recorded on this page. Once the inspection is complete, they pass into processing status.
